Excerpt: As I write this, today is my two-year anniversary of joining Arbonne International—my first experience as a CEO and my first time in the direct selling business. The past two years have been action-packed, as we restructured the company, converted debt to equity in 37 days, and brought new owners onboard as a result. Fortunately, these owners are committed to the business for the long term and do not encourage me to do anything that is not in the best interest of our independent consultants, or the long-term equity of the company. They quickly got that if our consultants are motivated with the right stuff, then the long-term equity would follow. Since the restructure in 2010, we have been hard at work on the right stuff.

Arbonne Donates More Than $500,000 In Product To Two Very Special Programs

Arbonne Donation Announced Live On The TODAY Show On December 16
CEO Kay Napier appeared live on The TODAY show on December 16, 2011 to announce Arbonne's donation to the annual TODAY Show Holiday Toy Drive. Click here to watch the video clip of the show. New Philanthropic Organization Will Support Self-Esteem Building Programs For TeensIRVINE, CALIF., April 27, 2012 — Arbonne International, LLC (Arbonne) has announced the launch of its official company charitable foundation in the U.S.: The Arbonne Charitable Foundation™. The U.S. foundation will be a 501(c)(3) registered charity and registrations are pending for foundations in the other three countries where Arbonne currently does business — Canada, Australia and the UK. Together, the four entities will operate collectively as the Arbonne Charitable Foundation and will work to drive support for programs that build positive self-esteem for teens.

IRVINE, CALIF., November 1, 2012 – Arbonne International, LLC (Arbonne) today announced the appointment of Michael D'Arminio as Chief Creative Officer. D'Arminio, who was most recently Chief Creative Officer at philosophy, will lead the creative, marketing and product development teams.

D'Arminio began his career in global advertising and worked at Ogilvy and Mather and Donna Karan International. More recently, he was VP of Global Marketing and Creative for Unilever Cosmetics International, Coty Prestige and L'Oreal.

IRVINE, CALIF., August 8, 2012 – Arbonne International, LLC (Arbonne) today announced the appointment of Heather Chastain as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. Beginning September 4, 2012, Chastain, a recognized direct sales industry executive, will assume the role of overseeing Arbonne's sales organization.

This year’s donation — which included 4,800 products at a retail value of more than $175,000 — was distributed among 15 different non-profit organizations across the United States.
