Prior to joining Arbonne, she produced and hosted her own award-winning television show "Strategies for Success" for 15 years, was viewed in over 32 million homes, and is now in the Broadcaster's Hall of Fame. She is responsible for the Customer Service side of the business, including VP Support, and focuses on meeting the needs of Arbonne’s growing Consultant base.

| Coming on board as the CFO, Mark Lehman is a seasoned, senior financial executive who holds an MBA from Rutgers University. Mark joins Arbonne with extensive experience working with consumer product companies — with an emphasis in manufacturing and distribution — and a substantial history of working internationally, in Europe and Asia.

| Brad Wayment comes to Arbonne with more than 18 years of experience with direct selling companies, and a wealth of knowledge gained from a variety of strategic management positions. Brad brings his insight and experience, along with BA and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University, to marketing Arbonne’s revolutionary products and opportunity.

With over 25 years of experience, Bettina brings strong legal direction and in-depth understanding of direct sales to Arbonne’s growing business. Bettina earned both her law degree and an under-graduate degree in journalism from Southern Methodist University. She has guided several leading multi-level marketing companies and a retailer with sales of over $1 billion. As Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Arbonne, Bettina’s
extensive legal knowledge and experience in the network marketing area will be very valuable as we continue to grow. |
| Richard joined Arbonne in 2005 and had previously been President and Owner of his own consulting business, specializing in retail, operations, warehousing and distribution. Prior to that, Richard was Sr. VP of Warehouse Operations for Office Depot. He established many of the company’s retail markets, along with its nationwide distribution center network, and helped grow it into a $9 billion dollar company. Richard has been instrumental in Arbonne’s expansion operations and distribution upgrades to meet the company’s extraordinary growth. |
